I personally like to work simply the ingredients in order to express the best of them, and always aim to deliver an easy to understand cooking that taste just and only delicious. I think it is exactly what lies behind “A Nu” ‘s concept of be “as we are”.
I also give a particular care to communication with clients, and try to find how to concretize better ways of hosting. Through my cuisine, I want to create a comfortable moment which not only taste good but can be felt as an exceptional time of happiness.”
